1. Who operates the Platform

The Platform is operated by «Call4Life Solutions» Ltd. (the “Operator”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in the Republic of Armenia.

These Terms apply to the whole Platform unless separate terms are stated for a particular service.

2. Account and eligibility

You need an account to enrol in a course. You must be at least 16 years old to create one; if you are under 18, you confirm that your parent or guardian agrees to these Terms.

• give accurate information and keep it up to date;
• keep your password to yourself — anything done through your account is treated as done by you;
• tell us without delay if you think someone else has got into your account.

An account is personal. Passing your credentials to other people so that they can take a course bought under your account is a breach of these Terms.

3. What the Platform does

The Platform gives access to online courses: lesson texts, attached files and video, tests, learning progress and certificates of completion. A course may be free or paid.

Courses are published in several languages. The language of the interface and the language of course content are chosen separately, and not every course exists in every language.

Course content changes over time: lessons may be added, rewritten or withdrawn. Adding a lesson to a course you have already finished never takes your completion away.

4. Paid courses

The price and the currency of a course are shown before you confirm the order. Prices are set separately in each currency; we do not convert one currency into another.

Access to a paid course appears once the payment provider confirms the payment. Your orders and their status are listed in your account under “My orders”.

Cancellation and refunds are governed by the Payment, cancellation and refund policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Certificates

When you finish a course, including any final test it contains, the Platform issues a certificate with a unique number. Anyone who has that number can check the certificate on the Platform.

A certificate confirms that you completed a course on this Platform. It is not a state-recognised qualification and does not by itself grant any professional right.

6. Intellectual property

Courses, texts, images, video, tests and the software of the Platform are protected by law and remain the property of the Operator or of the people who licensed them to us.

Buying a course gives you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use its materials for your own learning. Nothing is transferred into your ownership.

7. What you must not do

• copy, publish, resell, rent out or otherwise pass on course materials, in whole or in part;
• record, download or re-upload lesson video and files, except where the Platform itself offers that;
• use the Platform or its content to build a competing service, including training machine-learning models on it;
• get around access controls, technical restrictions or the test system, or try to obtain the source code, except where mandatory law allows it;
• use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity, or submit information you have no right to submit.

8. Referral programme

Companies and individuals may apply to sell our courses as partners. A partner account is separate from a learner account and works under the terms agreed when that account is opened.

A partner who brought you to the Platform sees only what is needed to calculate their commission: the course, the amount, the currency and the status of the order. Partners do not receive your name, your email or anything about your learning.

9. Suspension and closure of an account

We may suspend or close an account where that is reasonably necessary: for security, to stop abuse of the Platform, for a breach of these Terms, for non-payment, or to comply with the law.

You can ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to info@study-course.net. Deleting an account ends access to the courses bought under it; certificates already issued stay verifiable.

10. Educational content and absence of guarantees

Courses are educational material. We do not promise that finishing a course will bring you a job, a promotion, a particular income or any other outcome.

The Platform is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Personal data

We process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which is published on this site.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the Platform or the law changes. The current version is always on this page together with its effective date. If a change is material, we will tell you by email or in the interface. Using the Platform after the change takes effect means you accept the new version.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia. Mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your own country are not affected by this.

We would rather settle any disagreement by correspondence: write to info@study-course.net. If that does not work, the dispute goes to the courts of the Republic of Armenia, unless mandatory law lets you apply to a court where you live.

The documents published on this site are written in English. A version in another language is a convenience translation; where the two differ in meaning, the English text prevails.
