Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is «Call4Life Solutions» Ltd., Business ID 53115735, 20/11, Toumanyan dist., Avan, 0060, Yerevan, Armenia.

2. What we process

• Account data: your name, email address, the password (kept only as a cryptographic hash, never as text), your interface and content language.
• Learning data: the courses you enrolled in, lesson progress, test attempts and their results, issued certificates.
• Order data: the course, amount, currency, status and date of an order and the payment reference returned by the payment provider. We never receive or store your card number — card details are entered on the provider’s side.
• Correspondence: the letters the Platform sends you — email confirmation, password reset, course completion — and your replies to us.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, server logs and cookies.

3. Why we process it

• to create and run your account and to let you sign in;
• to give access to courses, keep your progress and check tests;
• to issue certificates and to let their number be verified;
• to accept payments, prevent fraud and keep accounting records;
• to send service messages connected with your account and your courses;
• to keep the Platform secure, find faults and improve it;
• to meet obligations imposed on us by law.

4. On what legal basis

We process personal data under the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Protection of Personal Data (HO-49-N) on the basis appropriate to each case: performance of the contract between you and us, our legal obligations, your consent where consent is required, and our legitimate interest in keeping the Platform secure and workable.

We ask for the data we actually need for the stated purpose and no more.

5. Cookies and local storage

• Language cookies remember the interface language and the course content language you chose.
• Zone cookies tell the site which part of the interface to show you. They carry no access tokens.
• Your browser’s local storage keeps the access tokens that keep you signed in. That data stays in the browser and is sent only to our API.

We do not use advertising cookies and do not build advertising profiles.

6. Who else sees the data

We pass personal data to service providers only where it is needed for the Platform to work: the hosting provider, the email delivery service, the payment provider. They act on our instructions and are bound to protect the data.

A partner who brought you to the Platform receives only the amount, currency, course and status of the order needed to calculate their commission, without your name, email or learning data.

We may disclose data where the law obliges us to. We do not sell personal data.

7. Processing outside Armenia

The servers of the Platform and of our service providers may be located outside the Republic of Armenia. Where that happens, we take the steps required by Armenian law to keep your data protected to the same standard.

8. How long we keep it

• Account and learning data: while the account exists, and afterwards only where the law requires us to keep it.
• Orders and payment records: for the period set by accounting and tax rules.
• Certificates: we keep the data behind a certificate so that its number can still be verified after the account is closed.
• Server logs: for a limited period needed for security and fault diagnosis.

9. How we protect it

Traffic between you and the Platform runs over HTTPS. Passwords are kept only as hashes and cannot be read back, by us or by anyone else. The learner, administrator and partner areas have separate authentication, so access to one does not give access to another. Employee access to data is limited to what their work requires.

10. Your rights

• know what data about you we process and get a copy of it;
• have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
• have data deleted or its processing blocked where the law provides for it;
• withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
• object to processing in the cases provided by law;
• complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia.

Write to info@study-course.net to use any of these rights. We may ask for information that lets us be sure the request comes from you.

11. Children

The Platform is not intended for children under 16. If we learn that an account was created by a child under that age, we will delete it together with the data collected through it.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy when the way we process data changes or when the law requires it. The current version is always on this page with its effective date; material changes are announced by email or in the interface.
