English for Hotel Housekeeping

Short phrases for the door, the room and the guest who is standing right there

English for Hotel Housekeeping

About this course

Ten short lessons for room attendants. No grammar rules, no long texts. You learn the lines you really say at work: Housekeeping, may I clean your room now, I will come back later, here are fresh towels, may I vacuum now, I am sorry, I will call my supervisor. Every phrase comes with one simple line that says when you use it and what it means.

The course is A2 and lower. Nine lessons have a short dialogue between a housekeeper and a guest, with audio, so you hear how fast people really speak. You also learn room numbers and times by ear (in an hour, after two, room three-oh-five), how to say no politely, the difference between Sorry and Excuse me, and what to say when you did not understand a word. There is a short test after each module and a final test at the end.
