Excel for Work: From Cells to Pivot Tables

Formulas, lookups, dates and pivots — plus the traps that quietly corrupt your data

Excel for Work: From Cells to Pivot Tables

About this course

A working course for people who already open Excel every day and want to stop guessing. Eleven lessons cover how a workbook stores data, why a 12-digit SKU turns into 1.23457E+11, why a date shows up as 45231, and how to write formulas that survive being copied, sorted and handed to someone else.

You will build lookups with VLOOKUP, INDEX+MATCH and XLOOKUP and learn which one to reach for; clean imported text; do arithmetic on dates and time; turn a range into a table; summarise it with a pivot; and read every error Excel throws at you instead of hiding it behind IFERROR.

Function names are given for both the English and the Russian interface, because in real offices you meet both.
